Let me start out by saying this is not about Democrat/Republican or Conservative/Liberal (which Liberal is a misnomer,because they are anything from being Classically Liberal),that is for another days.

The Tax Day Tea Party is about the abuses the Federal Government have been forcing on the State and Private companies.  I remember when the first Bail Outs came out I had a mixed reaction,  I did not think the Federal Government should  bail out any Private company, but also we had a huge run on the banks.   I thought that some form of help from the government could work.

Boy was  I totally wrong.  this has been a travesty from the very beginning.   It started out as just loans to some large banks, but then grew into the Federal Government taking over Private Companies and telling them who should be fired and how to run their businesses.  I do not know anywhere in the Constitution where the Federal Government has this authority.  If anyone knows send me an email, but I will think that you will not find it anywhere.

This is in a long line of abuses the Federal Government has enacted against the sovereignty of State’s Rights (and do not tell me that State’s Rights means slavery, that is long and over with and thank God that we got rid of that tragic time in our history).   I am talking about the 10th Amendment:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

This states that that which is not proscribed in the Constitution should be given to the States, or go through the process of amending the Constitution.  But to many on both the Right and Left have used the Legislative or Judicial Branches of Government to force their policies down the throats of the States for the betterment of the country.  Make no mistake this has been done on both sides of the aisle, be it Republican, Democrat, Liberal, or Conservatives.

So what we at the Tea Parties are asking is to get back to the Constitution  and use it as your guide, not you political ideology

Also I would like for all to know that this is not about Sean Hannity,Fox News Newt Gingrich or really any of the sponsors of the Tea Parties.  At least I do not.  Most of the Tea Parties are started by local volunteers and do not take orders from anyone.  I know that it was the #dontgo Movement that was there at the very beginning, because I was there when these Tea Parties were formed.   And then the TCOT and Smart Girl Politics joined in.  then they started to get some political figures to join in with the help of advertising.  But all of  the Tea Parties themselves were started by Grass Roots.

This will be a day for the American Citizen to speak out against all the insanity coming from Washington. It seems to people like me and the rest of thePartiers that the elected officials are not in DC for us, the American People, but for themselves and for the power they get for being elected.   They are in campaign mode all the time and will vote for what they think will get them elected, bringing home the bacon.   But if you look at our debt, we are already $60 Trillion in debt, we can not sustain this kind of wanton spending.  The People in DC need to stop  putting all this debt on the backs of the children.

We already know that Social Security will be gone in the not too distant future, which  is the biggest ponzi scheme in the world, and now wehave a Presidnet that wants to take over the health Care System in our country.  Remember the DMV, do you want this to be your Health Care in the Future.   And we got a Government that wantsto tax its way into prosperity and out of a recession.  And if history is any indicator, it will only make it worse.
